Autodesk Animator Pro is a 2D paint and animation software package that enables you to create dynamic, high resolution presentation on IBM PC. 
The foundation of all Autodesk Animator Pro paint process is the combination of tools and inks. It provides you with 22 tools and 33 inks. It operates on a VGA display mode that gives you 262, 144 possible colors. 
A powerful Animator program, you either draw the traditional way or you can create the images on the important frames and let the computer figure out the in between. 
Autodesk Animator Pro also allows you to open 3D Studio files and to make changes in it, i.e. giving special effects to it.

Animator Pro provides capabilities for six animation techniques: 

Traditional, Disney-style frame-by-frame animation. Animated cells for creating an animation within an animation. Optics that automatically move, spin and scale your image for flying effects. Polymorphic twinning for transforming one shape into another. Titling features for scrolling text in any direction. Colour cycling for animating colors rather than shapes, to create flow effects. Creating slide shows to be shown frame by frame one after another. World class morphing i.e., from one image to another. Composite of two or more 2D and 3D files on each other to do extraordinary jobs.
