1) The franchisee centre will operate under the banner of COMPUFIELD and will offer the following courses:
MULTIMEDIA, DIGITAL ARTS & WEB DESIGNING COURSES. (E-
COMMERCE)
2) The franchise will be awarded on the basis of the technical financial strengths and commitment of
the franchisee towards franchisor
3)The testing of various modules will be controlled by COMPUFIELD (H.O) in terms of
setting up of student projects and evaluations. All diplomas and / or certificates will be awarded by
COMPUFIELD (Mumbai H. O.) only after the students have submitted their projects.
4)Franchise fees is non-refundable for a agreement period of 5 years.
a) Rs. 5.0 Lakh “A” class cities.
b) Rs. 4.0 Lakh “B” class cities.
c) Rs. 3.0 Lakh “C” class cities.
Examples:
“A” Class Cities : Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkatta, Bangalore, etc
“B” Class Cities : Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bhopal, etc
“C” Class Cities : Nasik, Latur, Baroda, Guna, Gwalior, etc
5) 12% ROYALTY for first year.
15% ROYALTY for Second year and onward.
6) Advertisement cost in local / regional newspaper is shared equally among all franchisees.
7) Advertisement on web site & for all franchisee – NO COST.
8) Franchisee fees paid in two Installment.
• 50% at signing of agreement.
• 50% after completing phase I training of staff.
9) Promotional material like brochures, prospectus etc. will be supplied at additional cost by COMPUFIELD (H.O.) on requisition by the franchisee.
10) The course material will be supplied by the franchisor which would be in the forms of module books and / or in some cases supplemented by the textbooks at additional cost.
11) The franchisee will have space for the proposed educational centre and it should be laid as per the Specifications design laid down by COMPUFIELD (H. O.).
12) The franchisee will enter into an arrangement with COMPUFIELD after COMPUFIELD approves of the said franchisee centre.
